Twin 25 Litre Deionisation Resin Vessels – High Efficiency Inline Pure Water System
This system includes 2 × 25 litre resin vessels configured to run inline as a double DI setup, providing increased capacity and improved operational efficiency for professional solar panel and glass/window cleaning applications.
When filled with high-quality mixed-bed DI resin, the vessels remove dissolved minerals from the water supply, producing ultra-pure water suitable for streak-free rinsing of photovoltaic panels and glazing surfaces.
Operating two vessels in series offers several key advantages:
Extended Resin Life – The first vessel performs the majority of the deionisation work, while the second acts as a polishing stage.
Lower Running Costs – You can rotate vessels when the primary unit begins to exhaust, maximising full resin usage before replacement.
Consistent 0 ppm Output – The secondary vessel ensures purity is maintained even as the first vessel nears exhaustion.
Improved Performance in Hard Water Areas – Particularly beneficial where incoming TDS levels are high.

Both vessels are supplied empty, allowing flexibility in system setup and transport. We also supply 25 litre bags of professional-grade DI resin for easy filling and replacement.
